We know you’ll love your Amrit Copperware, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason just courier us the new or used Amrit Copperware back to us and we’ll provide a full refund, after deducing the shipping charges, upon receipt.

PLEASE NOTE YOU NEED TO FILE YOUR RETURN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY! Return Period: Returns must be mailed/couriered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item. Any returns mailed after this time will be really difficult to handle. Please note that any returns must be mailed to us at your cost. Charges for any damages without opening box video and showed after 48 hours of the delivery, will be paid by the customer which is not much in case of copperware items. The process to start the return: If you wish to make a return, then please email us on theamritlife@gmail.com to initiate a return request and receive the return mailing address. You will receive a response within 48 hours. Please note that returns that are sent without initiating a return request first will not be processed. WE RECOMMEND OPENING BOX VIDEO: Copper is a malleable metal, though we wrap every Copperware properly, sometimes they may get damaged in the transit. Therefore we recommend creating an opening box video from start to end that should not be cut/paused in between.

We know how excited our customers are to receive their new Amrit Copperware, so all orders are packaged and shipped within 1 business day. Estimated delivery time and carrier vary by destination: Shipping within India: 3-5 business days with tracking. Shipping outside India: 9-22 business days with tracking. We ship all orders from Gurgaon, India using a network of carriers including FedEx, Delhivery, Xpress bees, DHL, and more. The carrier used to ship each order depends on a variety of factors and unfortunately, we are unable to advise customers which carrier will be used in advance. Please note all international orders (outside India) may be subject to customs fees and inspection in the destination country which may result in a charge and/or delivery delay beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to determine if there are any additional costs. HOW TO CLEAN AMRIT COPPER BOTTLES

Cleaning Amrit Copper Bottles is our USP because by introducing authentic designer Amrit Copper Bottles we have solved the Patina (blackening) problem on the outside, your Copper Bottles will look classy always, however, on inside the Copper gets oxidized and will turn black or green. We call them Antique Designs. This is actually a true identification of Pure copper that it will turn black or green, depending on the environment and that is absolutely Normal and Natural. The best way to clean it naturally and to clean tarnish on the inside of a copper bottle or other copper vessel, you can create this mixture in these quantities. 1 lemon or 1tbsp Vinegar, 1 tablespoon of salt, and ½ cup of water. Pour the mixture in the vessel, close the lid, and shake vigorously. Pour the mixture out and rinse the vessel with water. Finally, dry it if you are not going to store water in it. If you have bought the Raw Look Diamond design of Amrit, it will require cleaning from outside too, using the above mixture. Just wipe the surface with Lemon/ Vinegar + Salt, the blackening will go away aware and luster will be restored. You can also use a lemon-based liquid soap, for cleaning if you do not have Vinegar. One more amazing option to make your Raw Look Copper Bottle Shine again from the Outside is Amrit Pitambari Powder. It works on other type of metals like Brass, Copper, Steel, etc. In the case of Antique Pine/ Brick Design please do not use any dishwasher or scrub, just wipe the surface with a wet cloth.

WHY DOES COPPER TURN BLACK?

The reason for sudden color change in a copper utensil or a pot is because copper does not react with water but it does react with atmospheric oxygen to form a layer of brown-black copper oxide which, unlike the rust that forms on iron in moist air, protects the underlying metal from further corrosion. Your Amrit Copper Bottle will shine again. Please note that the blackening does not impact the Olygodynamic properties of Copper, which simply means it will still be equally healthy as it was the first day you bought it, even with the black layer.
